Netflix had this to say about the change to their service. But one significant binge favourite isn't: you still have to be connected to the internet to watch 'Gilmore Girls', at least for now. ![]() All those shows are now available to watch offline. Which means that you better get used to seeing commuters watching 'The Crown', 'Stranger Things' or 'Narcos' on the tube. Netflix has been teasing the idea for a while, but finally it's a reality: the streaming service's 86.7 million subscribers can now watch films and TV series on their phones or tablets even when they're not connected to the internet. ![]()
